The heartbeat of Public Arrival. A monthly gathering of exactly fifteen curated guests, brought together around a single theme, led by a host who is an expert in their field — and the room where this whole company began.
The Table is where Public Arrival's belief becomes literal. Each month, fifteen guests are hand-selected based on the month's theme, their professional background, and the potential value of the connections they can make with one another. The room is curated like a guest list, not a database.
A Table host — an expert, thought leader, or practitioner in the theme's domain — opens the gathering with a focused insight designed to ignite real dialogue. The host does not lecture. They spark. The room takes it from there. Guests leave with new relationships, new ideas, and access to The Key for potential strategic introductions.
Each month's theme is announced three to four weeks in advance to set context for guest curation. Themes span business, culture, wellness, technology, finance, creative industries, and social impact — the through-line is always real dialogue with real stakes.
Fifteen seats. Selected for the connections each guest can make with the fourteen others around them. Diversity of thought, background, and stage of career — small enough that no one gets lost, large enough that something happens.
A Table host — expert, thought leader, or practitioner — opens the gathering with a focused insight or perspective designed to ignite the room. Short. Sharp. Built to start a conversation, not perform one.
A two-hour seated dinner around the theme. Premium dinner production for fifteen, underwritten by a brand sponsor — guests stay focused on the room, not the bill. Sponsor presence is felt; never forced.
Guests leave with new relationships and access to The Key for strategic introductions. Some return as future hosts. Some become annual members. The room continues long after the candles are out.
Large enough to create diversity of thought and background; small enough that no one gets lost. Every seat has weight.
The first Table. Fifteen seats, one theme, one room running on candlelight — a proof of concept for everything else this company is about to build.
Seat fees are kept accessible because dinner production is offset by brand sponsorship. The premium experience belongs to the guest; the cost belongs to the sponsor.
